ABOUT ME

PURPOSE | EXPERTISE | VISION

I am a physician, healthcare consultant, and researcher shaping the future of precision medicine and health systems innovation.

Trained at Johns Hopkins, the University of Ghana, and refined through strategic work at Guidehouse LLC, I bridge the worlds of clinical science and market strategy to make healthcare more accessible, equitable and efficient.

My work spans chronic disease prevention, health policy, digital and pharmaceutical innovation —helping organizations design data-driven, patient-centered solutions that improve outcomes across continents.

My Career

My career has been guided by a conviction that lasting progress in healthcare emerges where science, systems, and empathy meet. I began my journey at the University of Ghana Medical School, where rigorous training and early leadership roles—such as serving as Deputy National Exchange & Elective Officer—ignited my interest in how collaboration and innovation can expand access to care across borders.

Practicing medicine in Ghana exposed me to both the triumphs and the fragility of health systems in low-resource settings. Those experiences shaped my belief that innovation must begin with understanding the human stories behind every data point.

At Johns Hopkins, I deepened that foundation—combining advanced public health and business training to explore how data, design, and decision science can drive sustainable health outcomes. Through my work with Guidehouse LLC and other global partners, I am applying this perspective to life sciences and healthcare organizations seeking to bring digital, diagnostic, and pharmaceutical innovations to market more effectively.

My entrepreneurial journey has included co-developing NR Meds Pharmaceuticals, a company that has strengthened medicine access, patient safety systems, and diagnostic distribution across West Africa. While my day-to-day focus has since broadened, I continue to shape its growth through strategic direction and partnerships that align with my mission of expanding affordable care.

Beyond professional and enterprise roles, I channel my commitment to equity through the OT Cares Foundation, which has delivered cancer awareness campaigns, health screenings, and nutritional support to tens of thousands across multiple regions of Ghana. These community efforts keep me grounded in the human purpose of every innovation—to ensure that progress truly reaches those who need it most.

Across every chapter—clinical practice, research, entrepreneurship, and strategy—I remain driven by one purpose: to build healthcare systems that are accessible, equitable, and human-centered.
